THE 20/80 LAW

۞ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلَّهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَالْيَتَامَىٰ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ آمَنْتُمْ بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أَنْزَلْنَا عَلَىٰ عَبْدِنَا يَوْمَ الْفُرْقَانِ يَوْمَ الْتَقَى الْجَمْعَانِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

[8:41] "And know that whatever “Profit” (ghanam) you make from anything, "One-Fifth" (20%) of it is for Allah; and for the messenger to the relatives, the orphans, the poor, and the “Sons of the way” (travelers); if you believe in Allah and that which We revealed to Our servant; on the day of Division / distribution, the day when the two "Accumulation" are collected / tallied. Allah has power over all things.

The day the Zakat is calculated [6:141] to be distributed, must be the total of 20% plus any consultation of the messenger dues [58:12-13; 9:103] divided by the number of the eight (8) recipients, including: the relatives, the orphans, the poor, the travelers, the collectors, the new converts, freeing the slaves, those burdened by sudden expenses in the cause of Allah [2:177; 8:41; 9:60]. The 80/20 law / principle is Allah’s Law of Zakat / justification of one's income by way of charity (Sadaqah) recorded in the Book of Allah Ta’ala even before creations.

There are two types of “Sadaqah / Charities” as decree by Almighty including the obligatory Sadaqah / charities or the “One-Fifth” (1/5 = 20%) which must be deducted from a profit (ghanim) made from anything that is lawful [8:41] and give away as Zakat / Charity; while the nonprofit / income Sadaqah / Charity has no fixed amount and can be voluntary; except for the consultation fees:

۞ إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقَاتُ لِلْفُقَرَاءِ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْعَامِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا وَالْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَفِي الرِّقَابِ وَالْغَارِمِينَ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ ۖ فَرِيضَةً مِّنَ اللَّهِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ

[9:60] “The Sadaqah / Charities are only for the poor: and for the needy and for those employed to collect them, and for bringing hearts together (for Islam / new converts) and for freeing captives / slaves, and for those in debt for the cause of Allah, and for the (stranded) traveler. Such is Allah’s order. And Allah is Knower, Most Wise.”

If we carefully research into the Quran’s ayahs that discuss charities and the category of recipients we would come up with eight (8) categories of people who qualify to be given the zakat (charities) including: the poor; the needy; the collectors of the zakat; those won over to Islam; captives; debtors; a mediator or someone who pays from personal monies to fix or mediate problems among the people in the cause of Allah Ta’ala and the travelers.

And on “يَوْمَ الْفُرْقَانِ يَوْمَ الْتَقَى” the day of division or distribution of the Zakat when all are met / tallied [8:41] the formula shall be: “One-Fifth” (1/5 = 20%) divide by eight (8) category of the recipients to obtain 2.5% per the category of recipients for example. The 2.5% rate is not absolute, it can be adjusted or altered:

مَّا أَفَاءَ اللَّهُ عَلَىٰ رَسُولِهِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْقُرَىٰ فَلِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَالْيَتَامَىٰ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ كَيْ لَا يَكُونَ دُولَةً بَيْنَ الْأَغْنِيَاءِ مِنكُمْ ۚ وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانتَهُوا ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ ۖ إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ

[59:7] And what Allah restored to His messenger from the people of the towns, it is for Allah and for the messenger and for the near relatives and orphans and the traveler; so that it will not be a perpetual distribution among the rich from among you. And whatever the messenger gives you take; and do not take whatever he enjoins you from. And reverence Allah; surely, Allah is severe in penalty.”

This ayah is one of the mistranslated, misinterpreted, and vastly abused ayahs of the Quran. Just as Iblees / Satan has successfully confused the multiple meaning of “ghanim” by only calling it: “Ioot or spoil of war” (Deu 20:13) he uses the misunderstanding of ayah [59:7] to entice the Muslims for promoting their invented Hadith (Mishnah) and/or Sunna (Gmara) sinfully attributed to Muhammad. 

The ayah is talking about the Zakat / Charity distribution by the messenger, and how he may had deemed more appropriate in accordance with the 80/20 law of the Quran, but not that Muhammad was issuing his own laws [5:50] other than Allah. There is not a single ayah of the Quran where Muhammad spoke on his own [17:73-75; 53:3; 69:44].

It has to be a divine intervention that keeps many learned Muslims from understanding the true meaning of the Quran, even those who can read the Quran in their native Arabic language do not know the Quran at all or its true essence [56:79]. Hence, most Arabs are the worst to comprehend the true meaning of the Quran; even if they’re professors of Arabic linguistics. This one of the miracles of the Quran as far as I’m concerned:

وَإِذَا قَرَأْتَ الْقُرْآنَ جَعَلْنَا بَيْنَكَ وَبَيْنَ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْآخِرَةِ حِجَابًا مَّسْتُورًا

[17:45] “And when you recite the Quran, We place between you and those who do not believe in the Hereafter a concealed partition.

وَجَعَلْنَا عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ أَكِنَّةً أَن يَفْقَهُوهُ وَفِي آذَانِهِمْ وَقْرًا ۚ وَإِذَا ذَكَرْتَ رَبَّكَ فِي الْقُرْآنِ وَحْدَهُ وَلَّوْا عَلَىٰ أَدْبَارِهِمْ نُفُورًا

[17:46] We placed over their hearts coverings, lest they understand it, and in their ears deafness. And when you preach your Lord, using the “Quran Alone” they run away in aversion.”

So scary..! But imagine that majority of the Muslims are sincere and good with Allah Ta’ala so that He grant them the true understanding of His Book (the Quran) and that they could apply it to their lives by way of practicing the correct Zakat (charities) in the 20% rate from whatever profit they make from anything that is halal / lawful Not haram / unlawful money such as “looting“ as erroneously held.

When our current president, Donald Trump, cut down the federal tax to 21% and celebrated by many tax payers. I thought how come that the vast majority of the Muslims of the World could not reflect on this in order to appreciate their 20% they’re asked to pay only from their net profit. If in fact the Muslims would obey this 80/20 law, there would no longer be hunger in the Muslim world; there would be no wars in the Muslim world; there would be no refugees in the Muslim world; and there would be no Talmudic sharia laws in the Muslim world. 

The women of the Muslim world would be the model for the rest of the non Muslim women of the world, there would be No more sinful hand cutting of thieves, nor head chopping [5:38 & 12:31]; stoning to death [24:2] of innocent Muslim women of the world. The New World Structure (NWS) also to be known as: “United States for Afrika” (USA-1) would be heaven on earth, peace [56:26] and prosperity.

This is precisely what “Al-Qiblah One” movement is focus on. The “Q1M” (Qiblah One Movement) is organized to inspire the current Afrikan nations to pull together as one nation, purge out the massive corruption in all regions of the continent of true Afrika, unite the Afrika to reclaim its place and glory in the world as the Superpower continent of the world. This dream is achievable if the Muslim majority would adhere to the 80/20 rule.

One of Satan’s deceptions is concerning the 80/20 law taken from the Bible’s book of Deuteronomy that the word: “ghanim / غنم” only means booties or spoil of war in Arabic. Hence, all the mufassiroon parrot one another and never realized that “ghanim” also means “Profit / gain.” Some good intentioned Muslims / Submitters who claim to denounce Hadith sadly still promote the 2.5% as a Sunna, or as a rate arbitrary assigned from any mosque!

The clear understanding [20:18] of the word: “Ghanim” enables us to translate / interpret the ayah [8:41] correctly and within it context. The law of 80/20 states that all the true believers deduct and give out 20% Zakat rate from the “Profit” made from anything Not a fraction of 2.5% from 20% while adding 17% more to their “halal / lawful” share of 80% of charity.

This is called: “Riba / increase” or the adding of illegal dues to the 80% “halal / lawful.” Still yet, Iblees has inspired them to cleverly switch the meaning of riba / commingling / adding the unlawful 17% to their 80% of the ghanim / profit with their own made up word: “Usury / Bank interest rates.” However, Allah made clear that He permits trade but prohibits riba:

الَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُونَ الرِّبَا لَا يَقُومُونَ إِلَّا كَمَا يَقُومُ الَّذِي يَتَخَبَّطُهُ الشَّيْطَانُ مِنَ الْمَسِّ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا الْبَيْعُ مِثْلُ الرِّبَا ۗ وَأَحَلَّ اللَّهُ الْبَيْعَ وَحَرَّمَ الرِّبَا ۚ فَمَن جَاءَهُ مَوْعِظَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِ فَانتَهَىٰ فَلَهُ مَا سَلَفَ وَأَمْرُهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ ۖ وَمَنْ عَادَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ ۖ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ

[2:275] “Those who consume “Riba” (increase) are in the same position as those controlled by the Satan’s influence. That is because they say, "Trade is the same as riba." However, Allah permits trade and prohibits “Riba” (increase). So whoever has received an admonition from his Lord and refrains, may have what is past, and his affair rests with Allah. As for those persist (in riba) those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide eternally therein.

Anyone reading this write up and want to amend and practice the correct 20% Zakat rate, are allowed to calculate the past riba / illegal gain (17.5%) and set the installment payment in the form of sadqah / charity [2:80]. Then Allah will forgo the portion that one has consumed [2:275] Allah then cancels the riba (the illegal gain) and credit the charity:

يَمْحَقُ اللَّهُ الرِّبَا وَيُرْبِي الصَّدَقَاتِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ أَثِيمٍ

[2:276] "Allah cancels the "riba" (the illegal gain) and blesses the Sadaqah / charities. Allah does not love any sinful disbeliever."

The take away from the [2:276] ayah is the "كَفَّارٍ" (rejectors) who will read this reminder but ignore it without verifying it from either the Arabic Quran or a Bible-free' Quran translation, but persist on the fraction of 2.5% of 20/80 law while adding the remaining 17.5% to their portion of 80% such stubborn rejectors should expect "حرب" (harbi / war) from Allah:

فَإِنْ لَمْ تَفْعَلُوا فَأْذَنُوا بِحَرْبٍ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ۖ وَإِنْ تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُءُوسُ أَمْوَالِكُمْ لَا تَظْلِمُونَ وَلَا تُظْلَمُونَ

[2:279] "If you do not, then you are in the state of war from Allah and His messenger. But if you repent, you may keep your capitals, without inflicting injustice, or incurring injustice."

Repeatedly, the Quran describes the rejectors as ungrateful ones and the individuals among the believers who read the ayahs of the Quran but reject them. The people who never have the chance to read or hear from the Book of Allah [18:93] cannot be called rejectors. Hence, the “Kafir / كفر” is always a Muslim. 

And to expose any erroneous, parroted, and human fallible translation, we must apply ayah [4:82] prior to accepting. Given the fact that any Quran “Tafseer / تفسير (translation) and/or Ta’weel / تَأويلَ (interpretation) that does not pass the forensic / litmus-test of [4:82; 25:1] is not from Allah [25:33] but Iblees / Satan inspired [43:36-37] translation!

For example, compared the translation of [8:41] that says: "يوم التقي الجمعان" meaning: “...when the two accumulation are collected / met / tallied...” with the parroted one that says: >>>"the day two armies met"<<< as in: [3:155]. This does not pass the forensic / litmus-test of [4:82; 25:1] and Allah’s translation [25:33] but Satan inspired [43:36-37] translation!

What does "جمع" (jama'an) as in [104:2] has to do with army or (فوج / fawj and plural افواجا afwajan) as in [110:2]. It is injected in there by Satan in respect of the the Bible’s book of wars / Deuteronomy:

أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ الْقُرْآنَ ۚ وَلَوْ كَانَ مِنْ عِندِ غَيْرِ اللَّهِ لَوَجَدُوا فِيهِ اخْتِلَافًا كَثِيرًا

[4:82] “How come they do not reflect upon the Quran? If it had been from other than Allah, they would have found in it much discrepancies.”

إِنَّكَ لَا تُسْمِعُ الْمَوْتَىٰ وَلَا تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ الدُّعَاءَ إِذَا وَلَّوْا مُدْبِرِينَ

[27:80] “Surely, you cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf hear the call if they turned their backs retreating:

وَمَا أَنتَ بِهَادِي الْعُمْيِ عَن ضَلَالَتِهِمْ ۖ إِن تُسْمِعُ إِلَّا مَن يُؤْمِنُ بِآيَاتِنَا فَهُم مُّسْلِمُونَ

[27:81] And you cannot guide the blind away from their straying. The only ones who would hear you are those who believe in Our ayahs, and so they are Muslims / Submitters.”
